RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

All items must be returned in unused, unworn, and original condition, with any labels still attached and shoe boxes returned in the same condition as received.

Until the returned parcel reaches us, it remains the responsibility of the customer. For your own protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service that provides proof of delivery and appropriate compensation cover for the full value of the goods.

Please make sure your return includes all necessary details so we can process it promptly. This should include your name, address, order reference number, and the reason for the return.

Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note

We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are sent without proof of delivery.

We are unable to accept returns of goods that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

When trying on clothing, please take care not to leave any marks or scent from perfume, aftershave, deodorant, makeup, or similar products. Items returned with signs of this may not be accepted.

When trying on footwear, please do so indoors only. If the shoes are not suitable, please return them in their original box. We cannot accept shoes back if there is any indication that they have been worn outside or used beyond trying them on.

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns of broken skateboards.

This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
