UK Delivery
Free Delivery | 3–5 Working Days
We provide free UK delivery on orders over £90. Orders sent using our free delivery option are usually packed in a grey mailing bag and dispatched via Royal Mail, using either Tracked 48 or First Class Signed For, depending on the order.
Priority Delivery Service
1–2 Working Days
Orders placed with our Priority Delivery Service are processed first and dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked 24 insured service. Footwear orders are normally packed in a box for added protection.

Europe Delivery
3–5 Working Days
Orders to Europe are sent by Royal Mail or UPS, depending on the destination and parcel size. All European shipments are tracked and insured. Delivery is usually expected within 3–5 working days from the date the order is placed. Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on parcel weight and shown at checkout.
Prices start from £12.
Rest of World Delivery
5–7 Working Days
For destinations outside Europe, orders are sent via Royal Mail or UPS, depending on the country and size of the parcel. All international shipments are tracked and insured. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days from the date of order. Shipping costs are weight-based and will be displayed during checkout.

Possible Dispatch Delays
Please note that dispatch may occasionally take longer in the following situations:
- during busy periods, sales, or product launches
- if an item in your order is unavailable
- if we need to confirm payment or billing details before dispatch

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at the time of ordering.
Important Information
Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges may apply once a parcel reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we are unable to control or estimate these costs, as customs rules vary from country to country. For further guidance, please contact your local customs authority.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund if a replacement item is no longer available.
A parcel will only be treated as lost once 20 working days have passed from the date of dispatch.
If an order is returned to us because the delivery address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or because delivery could not be completed due to the recipient being unavailable, we will issue a refund minus the original delivery cost.
