At TopFitz, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
UK Delivery
We offer delivery within the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
- Priority Delivery: 1–2 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, bank holidays, or due to courier delays.
International Delivery
We also ship internationally.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 3–5 working days
- Rest of the World: 5–7 working days

Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges may apply once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available. Please allow some time for the tracking to update after shipment.
