Return Policy
At TopFitz, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused and in its original condition
- returned with all original packaging
- returned with any tags, labels, or accessories included
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements.
Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning an item, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@topfitz.co.uk with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several working days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or other applicable reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. This will be stated clearly in the product listing where relevant.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, the quickest option may be to return the original item and place a new order.
